Yo here are my stats
Age 23
Height 176
Weight ( off season 95kg)
Weight at the moment 83kg
Ok I've finalised my next steroid cycle so I want to get my diet in check first ideally I want a high protein and high carb diet with little fats and when I get closer to end of cycle I'll start cutting carbs down SLOW
here is the diet
Diet
Breaky
1 sachet oats
4 egg whites
1 banana
Pre breaky
Protein shake
Apple
Smoko
250 g chicken breast
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 low fat cottage cheese
Lunch
200g tilipa fish
Vegetables
Pre workout
Post workout
Shake
Fruit
Dinner ( usually chicken )
All of that is roughly
220g protein
220g carbs
22g fats
It's roughly around the 2000 cal mark which is low every so often there will be massive chest meal to spike the cals
