Well bro, depending on your goals is how much really needs changed. Personally, I'd reduce the number of days you lift per week. At the very most you should lift 4 days a week..and try to focus your lifts around compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, pendlay rows, bench, MP)

As far as your diet is concerned id replace a lot of your meals have relatively garbage carb sources and you should try and replace them with something more complex (brown rice, ww pasta, oats, etc). Make sure you are getting enough EFA's throughout the day - and get an idea of how many calories you are taking in to make sure its a good amount..

i was thinking about combining my tue and thur into one day so i would only be doing 4 days a week. i thought the diet was pretty good. oats, ww pasta was on the diet until my buddy whos a trainer told me all my carbs should come from fruit and veges. thats when i changed my diet.

I don't consider your carbs "garbage". Yes you eat too much fruit but the veg is good. I still consider the fruit better than any grains. Brown rice, ww pasta, oats are better than their more common replacements but if you change anything, shift some fruit to veg.

Sorry this is my first post in 7 years and need help on the training i'm 5'8" 236 23% BF. I'm trying to go natural for as long as possible to try and lean out. What training regiment should I start with or should I stick with a basic core workout. I'm open to all suggestions and I'll get a picture up ASAP to track progress. My goal is single digit BF Under 200Lbs.

Whoops that should have read 32% BF!!!

I think you could get leaner without the fruit, bread and dairy. There's better food choices to use for your carb sources.
