Diet and Questions

Ok so here is my current Diet and Stats:

5'9", 30 yrs old, 190, 14% fat,
Diet 1460 Calories
Sample food
Bfst- Rice Cakes 2x 50 cal ea.
Luch- Chicken or Talapia or Salmon 140 cal
Fruit 70 cals
Dinner_ healty usually somewhere areound 500-600 cals
Fill in with 100 clorie snacks through out day.

I am starting a cycle of Dbol and need to up my clore intake to 3,000. How am I gonna do it? can you help me come up with a good nutrition guide without over exploiting my fat???
 
Just eat every 3 to 4 hours during the day all with prot like chicken, eggs, red meat or fish along with complex carbs like oatmeal, rice, pot, and a cup of veggies and you'll reach your 3000 cals. if you need more take one or two prot shakes pre and after the WO.
 
I'd definitely bump the breakfast intake. Lots of egg whites, or tuna like I sometimes do.

Definitely include protein bars or shakes in between meals and it should be easy getting up to your required cals.
