So yeah, i was doing some squats today. when i went heavy (205-225 is heavy for me right now), i felt this pain in my upper right leg, possibly my groin. it wasnt pain enough to stop me from lifting, more of a bad annoyance. anywho, i thought maybe my form was off on my last set. i jumped on a leg press and did some light weight, to see maybe if i felt it again. well, yeah, i did. i felt something move too ... its in my inner right thigh, very high, probably 3/4 the way up from the knee. maybe i pulled my groin slightly? im thinking from deadlifting maybe. i deadlifted 255 the other day, tuesday. i thought my form was perfect, and i felt no pain whatsoever. any ideas?
