My BP is 125/40.... Checked it earlier 123/35... Checked it after workout... 127/45... My HR has been about 90... Obv. More after workout... Anything to worry about?? My usual BP is 105-120/50-60... HR usually 55-65... On 500 mg test e and 250 tren e... Stats 5'10" weight is 280

By what means are you checking BP? Arm cuff or wrist cuff at home? Do you get similar readings at Dr. appts.? I'd expect 70/80 diastolic with the systolic you're getting. I'd be more concerned if you were getting 160/90.

Arm cuff at home and my sister an RN she did manual and I got the 123/35... I feel fine just a lil concerned but glad it's not high... Always have had good BP always been healthy... She told me that if it stays that way I should def get checked out....

Yes, your diastolic is just below the "low" cut-off. Not a major problem, especially as you're feeling fine, it's kind of your baseline and with no dizziness/faintness. I'm guessing you've gotten similar readings at a Dr. appt. without any red flags. If your arms are
bigger than the standard adult cuff it
can skew the #'s a bit too.

Yeah they def are a lil but bigger the. Normal so that could play a role with these readings as we were struggling to get the thing to stay in place... Yes I have had similar readings at docs office and the only problem I've run into is they won't let me donate blood usually... Thx for the feedback

Go somewhere else and compare your BP machines. It could be off a bit.

No problem. I was an EMT for 5 yrs and worked a hospital for another 5. I'm always checking my BP too. I did some follow-up reading. I see no major concerns with your situation. Keep up the monitoring and possibly ask your doc next time your in. Watch for dizziness or feeling faint. Best of luck w/your cycle!

BP is often diet related, as well as health related, what's your diet like and are you getting rest/sleep etc? stress levels?

My diet could def use work, I'm not eating fast food or shit like that but I'm real inconsistent with when I'm eating. Maybe try and change this up. Race121 seriously appreciate having someone with knowledge giving feedback again thx

Yeah, bro, glad I could help. One last thing I thought of, dehydration can lower the BP so keep up your fluid intake.
