Wed chest/shoulder/tri workout went like this:
Flat bench 455x2, then did cool down set w/315x11
Incline 225x8, 275x6, 275x6
Cable Flys for 3 sets
Behind the neck press, worked up to 225x8
rear lat.
bent lat.
Close grip bench press 315x8
pushdowns
Also, FORM IS ALWAYS PERFECT!
As you can see I had pretty good strength endurance, as my workout never really tailed off. Even when I got to close grips my strenth was still there......... I started this cycle 2months ago about 6 weeks after last cycle..........I started this cycle benching 315 for 6's. Of course I kinda fucked up between cycles and started super setting flys and bench and this set my strenght back quite a bit.......Also, Ive put on about 20lbs, which is good cosidering my lenghty juice history........Abs are also fairly sharp for being 255lbs and retaining water.........galaxy
