I feel myself needing a treat...and i'm scared Does anyone know of a good real quickie recipe that would be a good treat and not screw me up from losing fat.

First, do NOT let yourself get so caught up in dieting that you are scared of eating. Part of mastering a healthy diet is to have it comfortably fit your lifestyle. And give yourself that cheat day / meal at least once/week so you don't start losing it.
That said, also your diet should be robust enough to be able to handle little breaks in the discipline. (That is, unless you are in contest prep or for a specific short term goal.)
As far as non-deathly desserts or small non-cheats -- stuff like 1/2 c cottage cheese w/ nuts in it. Ice pops (same as f/f jello tho -- gets old & also not so great until summer comes). Protein mix w/ natty pb in it. Here's one that I did but takes some getting used to - firm tofu w/ chocolate protein mix mixed into it -- makes sort of a chocolate pudding thingy.
I'm sure jens & others will chime in w/ theirs. I got no room for cheats right now, so crystal lite & water is about as fancy as I get right now. Even Diet Coke is pulled out.
Holy crap, I was just thinking of doing that today! Wondered if it would be legal. I bought some polaner all fruit straw. jam sweetened w/splenda the other day and was thinking of doing just that.
