Demanding job but still hitting the weights

Hey guys, I got an issue I'm concerned about and need some advice.

I've been hitting the weights and cardio all winter. I've don't like to bulk up to much and have been cutting and like to stay that way year round. BUT summer is almost here and that's gonna be a problem for my workouts. I do landscaping so I'm out every day in the sun sweating for 10-12hrs/day. I have a good clean diet and take my supps regularly (whey, jack3d, blah, blah, blah). I work out before work cause at the end of the day the last thing I want is to go to the gym.

So my question is, with the workout I get all day at work, what should I do for my training routine? Cut out the cardio besides warm up/cool down since I'm walking all day? Maybe lighten up on weights and do higher reps? How many days a week? I just don't want to over work my body but wanna keep getting results

Thanks for your help guys

I've worked a similar job in the past (construction style) and maintained my weight because I kept eating like a horse.

How much cardio do you do? I cut mine down to about 15 min per workout to keep the heart and the blood flowing, but that was about it. You'll be burning cals all day. You might need to eat more than you actually think to maintain.

I tried doing my regular routine but lost 5 pounds (and strength) in a couple weeks. I cut the cardio down, and had to eat more to maintain my "ideal" bodyweight at the time. I was in school (basically sedentary, besides workouts) before I started this physical job, so I had to make adjustments. I assume your in the same position, right?
