deadlifting question

I would have to say im both power and bodybuilder if thats possible?!?! I live for the core compound exercises but then I also do the isolation bodybuilder stuff. Im still young, 23, so I want to take advantage of my natural test while I can and add as much strength and power while I can
 
I'm definitely somebody who feels an imbalance when I only use one kind of alternating grip.

I started rotating grips every set.. it felt really awkward at first, but after a couple workouts, I was, for the most part, equally strong and comfortable each way.

I still alternate, see no imbalance, and feel a lot better. I definitely recommend alternating your grip...

after years of softball, my grip has been "programmed" left palm down, right palm up...you know, like holding a bat if you're lefthanded! I've tried to switch it, but like spatts and bigstve it just doesn't feel quite right.
 
right now, i do back on tuesday and shoulders on wednesday--i hit heavy shrugs on wed with shoulders, but deadlift with back on tuesday--could the lack of rest in between be limiting my trap development, or since deadlifts dont neccessarily Target traps, am i cool?
