Front Squat: 95x15, 135x5, 155x5, 185x5, 205x5 - all held in clean grip!! If it weren't for grip I think I would be in the 275x5 range
SLDL: 135x12, 185x20, 185x20 - W O W
Cybex Leg Press: 120x20x2 - single leg
Cybex Prone Leg Curl: 70x20, 90x20
