Todays workout: 2nd pressing day back since shoulder injury
CGBP: 95x10, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x5, 190x5
Strict Standing Press: 95x5, 135x5x3 - held same place I hold cleans, and clavicle to full ext - head in front
DB Incline: 65's x12x3
Seated DB Military: 50's x10, 60's x8x2
Did some front and side delt iso/fluff stuff as well. RC work to stat it all. My gym was closed so I paid the day fee at a chain place - $15 - place was dog shit and I appreciate my gym a little more. Not like there is any motivation at my gym, but there was only 1 rack in this place and it was about 35k sqft. Had a huge indor pool and tons of yellow and blue HS stuff (which did look nice ) but only 2 flat benches, one power rack, and I couldn;t figure out whre the hel I would have deadlifted.
There were a few young, weak fucks around. All cocky, and wearing wife beaters wondering why I was woking 5's. One asked me if I "ever tried to do more reps". I told him I had never considered it and that I took my instruction on how ot lift from Richard Simmons. I think they were about 175 sopping wet.
