You fitday your food yet? Seems like you could probably get more food in maybe.

45% Milk protein isolate
45% Egg white protein
5% Yolk powder
Sweetener chosen: Splenda
Flavor: Tropical Orange

...tastes like a creamsicle with milk

That's the 5lb mix I made a while back, still have it... i'll have to check when i ordered, think it's lasted me a month or two sofar.

100% Milk protein is chalky (well the first place i ordered it from, True Protein)

the mix i made from Protein factory is wicked good.

Next order will be the same thing, different flavour.

Well see, this new protien comes straight from a man cock. Your going to have to really pull and juice it alot to get it out but I'll be there in a couple of weeks so you can test your skills out.

Todays workout:

Back Squat: 135x10, 185x5, 225x5, 275x3, 315x3, 335x1 - I am a pussy, and not the good kind. I feel burnt out on them right now but I will regain focus. Back squats that is, not the other. :p

SLDL: 190x20, 190x19 - lower back toasted.

Cybex Leg Press: 140x20, 180x20 - way too easy, forgot I was doing them single leg - need to remember this for next time!

Cybex Prone Leg Curl: 90x20, 90x20

7:15 Myoplex RTD Low Carb

10:00 Whey and 1/2 cup oats

1:00 8oz Chik, 1.5 cup rice, 1/2 cup black beans, diet coke

3:45 Myoplex RTD Low Carb

6:00 PWO Whey/Gatorade

8:00 8oz Lean GB, small salad

9:30 Whey Pudding w/ skim milk

Another dog shit astronaut food day. Can't cook till the weekend so next week will be better. At lest 2 more solids a day and one less shake. I may drink the Myoplex RTD w/ eggs as my first meal and keep the carbs low then have my carbs in my 2nd and 3rd meal.

On a seperate note I am taking a few supps again. Trex from Anafit, a Multi (I had stopped, don't ask why, I am a ball of depression at times...lol), and a a few Amp02's preworkout. I have had all these lying around and I am getting everything off the shelfs. We will see. May be taking some others... :evil: ...we will see

I want in on the supps!! Your diet looks great but you know just as I do that you are going to have a hard time lifting heavy with the lower carbs...etc.
 
Why are you going low-carb with your first meal of the day? Insulin sensitivity is highest in the morning, so if you're going to add more carbs, that's the time to do it (along with pre-/post-WO, of course).

Typically don't - my wife bought low carb RTD's this time - some times they are Myoplex, sometimes Muscle Milk - usually w/ carbs - I'm working on this.

That sort of stuff costs too much not to use. How come moms and wives always seem to get the wrong thing when they shop for you. That really frustrates me:)

She's cheating on you, too. With FFQuads.

So, uh, your pre-cycle 5RM on squats was 335, and now you're doing one rep with that weight. Do something different with squats now rather than waiting and "regaining focus", whatever that means.
