Deadlifting my way to Happiness - Al420's log

Todays workout:

Power Clean: 95x5, 145x5x3

Deadlift: 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 365x5

HS Row: 4 plates + 20lbs x20x2

Lat Pull: 185x20x2

EZ Bar Curl: 45x20x2

Cybex Single Arm Curl: 15x20x1, 10x20x1

DB Hammer Curl: 20's x20x2


I am putting the bicep work so I can keep track. Sorry for any misleading :rainbow: 'ness

CGBP: 95x10, 135x5, 155x5, 165x5, 175x5, 185x5, 135x18

Seated DB Military: 35's x10, 50's x10, 65's x7

Cybex Decline: 50 per x20, 50 per x16

Seated Smith Press (clavicle to full ext, head in front): 105x20x2

I think I have my template for the next 10 weeks. I will type it up tomorrow at work for all to review.

On a seperate note I am fucking starving. Today meals:

7:30 Myoplex RTD low carb

10:00 45gram whey, 1/2 cup oats

12:00 8oz chik, 1.5 cup rice, 1/2 cup black beans - best meal of the day, it is the highlight to an otherwise miserable, cookieless, donutless, milkless diet.

3:30 Preworkout - Myoplex RTD Low Carb

5:30 PWO - 45 gram Whey w/ 16oz Gatorade

6:30 8oz Ground Turkey, small salad w/ tiny dab of fat free dressing

10pm Whey Pudding

Just didn't want to eat...

What do you weigh right now?

Shakes aren't all too bad, but if you want to use powder more i'd reccomend using a Milk protein isolate, ect more substantial compared to some crap whey. And eat more veggies when you can, if lots of shakes start happening regularly.
