On a seperate note I am fucking starving. Today meals:
7:30 Myoplex RTD low carb
10:00 45gram whey, 1/2 cup oats
12:00 8oz chik, 1.5 cup rice, 1/2 cup black beans - best meal of the day, it is the highlight to an otherwise miserable, cookieless, donutless, milkless diet.
3:30 Preworkout - Myoplex RTD Low Carb
5:30 PWO - 45 gram Whey w/ 16oz Gatorade
6:30 8oz Ground Turkey, small salad w/ tiny dab of fat free dressing
10pm Whey Pudding
