(Dead lift) Which day?

I do straight leg dead lifts on leg day - it mutilates my hamstrings. Very solid movement. I superset them with squats - which creates immense CNS stimulation; which is exactly what you want to send your body a signal to GROW.

I squat and dead very heavy... and this give me a full 5-6 days before I'm hitting my back again.
Same here. Deads on leg day. I used to dead on back day, liked it, but perfer deads on leg day.

I'll also add if you're deadlifting twice a week, you're not doing them right.

I'd say it's more of a Back/Trap/Hams exercise. :)
