Ok I know people that do the deadift twice a week and I also know people that do it on back day and others on leg day. Now I was just looking to see how the majority of you guys go about it.And if theres any bennefits on doing it a certain way.
i do regular deads on back day and stiff leg deads on leg days. but i only use one of those a week. for exaample if i do reg deads on back day ill skip the stiff legged deads on leg day. alternate every week.

I do the same thing here. Otherwise, over time, I believe its too hard on my back. you DO get lower back stimulation from stiff leggeds. Id do deads on BACK DAY. Id also do LEG DAY before back day, so you dont minimize your squat from doing previous dead work.
i also do front squats with slightly lower weights on days when i do stiff legs, it seems to put less stress on my back either from using better form or the lighter weight.
I do deads on leg day. It would be a perfectly fine back exercise... but there is no more killer combo in the world than doing deads right after your squats... hence I do deads on leg day.
I usually work back on Saturday and legs on Sunday or Monday. I've found I get the best results if I keep my deads as close to my back workout as possible.
I squat and dead very heavy... and this give me a full 5-6 days before I'm hitting my back again.
