Dbol cycle

Hey guys,
just a few questions about dianabol effects on your strenght and gains!

How much gains in strengt did you make under your cycle, please be specific about your lenght of time you were on it, also the dosage. Of course this is directed to "Only dbol cycles".

I've been on my cycle 30/60(+) for about 3 weeks and I can't really say that much yet. I came back directly after an pause of 6 months and yes I'm a beginner but I know diet and training since I both have done a course in becoming a professinal trainer(obviously I'm not arnold but I know basics and beyond.)

stats:
192cm
86kg+?(unknown as of yet) (started cycle on 82kg)
19 years old (omg you do aas while you are 19!! yes I've heard it many times and im sick of it.)

we're not supposed to give advice to anyone under 21 here. however since you're already doing it i feel it would only be detrimental not to help you... so out of the kindness of my heart...

are you taking tabs or caps? if it's the latter (which i have a funny feeling it is) you might as well just stop now, get the PP TRS, start eating more, and training harder. if they are indeed tabs, you should stop now, get the PP TRS, start eating more, and training harder.

either way it sounds like you need to work on the other (more important yet less interesting to most) aspects of the sport. i would suggest the weight lifting and diet sections of this superb website.

p.s. rest is another important part.

note: i'm not trying to be an asshole. i only have your best interests in mind.
 
Few Q's mate how long are you going to run it and what pct have you got lined up .

Also how tall and bf%.
