It was in Culver City, California. I have already put 10 pounds back on and I havnt been going crazy on the eating. I'm trying to counter the water retention rebound as best I can but it's tough.
Did the water manipulation and carb loading but instead of manipulating sodium we just cut the sodium out the thursady before the show until after prejudjing. I was pretty much drinking 2 gallons of water a day until the day of the show when i just sipped each time I started feeling my mouth dry out. I started my aldactone (diuretic) 9 days before and ramped it up until the night of the show then dropped it down the evening of the show and started that evening with potassium magnesium every 3 hours until show time. The morning of the show I had 1 cup of rice with 2 eggs and 4oz of flank steak at 6am then every 45 minutes to 1 hour I had 2 tbsp of sodium free natural peanut butter and 2 tbsp of Strawberry jam to get my sugars and fats. After prejudging I had a double double a fry and a chocolate shake to get my fats and and some sodium to fill me up for the evening show. I think I could have added another full pizza to fill out more because I looked great about an hour after I ate a full one after the show that evening. Only problem is it would have extended my stomach to much..lol
The whole thing worked well. My bf was 2.8 the day of the show and I was pretty shredded but next time would like to come in a TINY bit more full. It's a fine line to get both though.
Ah! i see what you're saying,man right after a show i will tear up 2 large pizzas,its so nice.
