Thursday March 27th

Pinned 4iu of raptors GH last night and had one of the most amazing sleeps of my life. Woke up in the morning with my airpods still in my ears and I hadn't moved all night. I couldn't believe it was morning it felt like I'd only just gone to sleep.

Pinned some NAD+, bpc157 and tb500 and did a 30 minute HIIT peloton bike session.

Training was quads and calves and off for an hour walk now that the kids are down for the night.

Squats
40kg X 20
70kg X 10
90kg X 10 X 3
Drop sets no rest
70kg X 10
40kg X 20

Walking lunges 50kg on back
16 reps X 2 sets
Supersetted with Bulgarian split squats holding 15kg dumbbells
2 sets X 10 reps each leg

Leg extensions
20kg X 20
25kg X 20
30kg X 20
35kg X 20
Repeat the above but Drop setting back down to 20kg.
Repeat above

Pinned 400mg of injectable L carnitine first thing in the morning and did a 600m swim. In the afternoon changed training up from a traditional split and did a pull session focusing on back, biceps and hamstrings and really enjoyed it. Think I might trial this approach moving forward for the next few weeks.
