Exercise notes
Today was day 1 of cycle. Felt like the test subject could go on forever. My lab rat kept his heart rate up with by doing group sets. I.e. bent over rows set, then a curl set.
One possible side effect was apparent. My lab rat put his work out shirt on inside out. I will monitor this to see is it becomes a problem.
