Have you guys ever tried cycling? Well i have used it 3 months few months ago, now i'm on heavy duty.

In this training system you nearly over train your self and then start again. It works and it is different program.

Workout 1
flat benc
incline bench
shoulder press
side laterals
abs crunch

Workout 2
lat pull down
bent over row
deadlift
overhead tricep press
tricep extension

Workout 3
squat
leg curl
preacher curl
barbell curl
palm up foreamrs
calf raise
