Hey bros,
just finished first 2 weeks, after 1 weeK, up 11lbs,
weeks 2, up 3 lbs, a total of 14lbs in 2 weeks.
first two weeks were 1 tab of a50 a day and 750mg sust.
this 3rd week, i'm increasing a50 to 2 tabs a day, maintaing sust at 750mg week(for 12 weeks). then it's on to dbol for 3 weeks (45mg a day)
something i noticed. first of, i base everything on personal experience, and well my last cycle, i did dbol and sust. in comparison to this one, which i'm using anadrol, i've noticed the last cycle gave me more of a weight gain after the first 2 weeks, last cycle i was up about 21lbs.
i was really excited to start anadrol for the first time, but now i feel the dbol yeilded better results.?!?!?!?
I am finallly noticing a increase in strength, that's when i can sustain the pain of my workouts.
first of, my f-ing right shoulder gives out after a few set on bench press, flies, bicept curls, everything, it totally sucks! and i have this horrible pain in my left hand on the outer palm side, in only hurts when i do bench presses. I've also noticed a increase in gut size, 2 inches to be exact!!!!!! i've been eating approx.4500cal a day,280 protein and clean calories at that. Bicepts have gained 1 inch, chest about 3 inches.
