i meant to tie it in to this thread.....alex said to start with at least 3500 calories.....but if the guy was trying to lose weight, wouldn't he want to eat less than that? sorry, my newbie ass don't know shit i guess.....the thing is i read discrepencies all over the board....you know, different people say different shit.....hard to say exactly whats going on......
so
for example, if he consumed 3500 cals a day, he would build more muscle to burn the fat than if he ate at 1600 cals/day and put his body in "starvation" mode where it clings to the fat? i guess....shit i don't know
can anyone explain without using the word glycolatiumate-01.4x to the Nth degree?
