I've been bulking for while, and now I am looking to cut up some. I was considering a CKD diet along with some fat burner (Im not sure exactly which one yet).

But my question is how big a difference will cardio make in my fat loss? I dont really have the time for cardio. I know no one has time for cardio, but I seriousley have 0 time with school and work and shit.

So do you guys think I can get the same results as far as fat loss w/o the cardio as I would with it? Or even comprable results, or is cardio a must when cutting?

Thanks

Cardio is a deffinite must when cutting....don't rely on ECA, fat burners etc. They are only and aid!!!!!! Diet and cardio are the key.

you should do 40 min of cardio 5 days a week-this is the way to lose the fat but keep the muscle you put on from bulking

Isn't that a little much?

IMO you could get away with 15-20 minutes high intensity cardio. Just keep your diet up!!!! Depends on how much fat you want to lose in how much time.

Yeah, I guess I will have to find some way to fit it into my schedule. I have never cut before. Do you guys think I should do moderate or high intensity if I want to preserve muscle, but lose alot of bf?

I switch it up......day of moderate (IE light biking) than a day of high intensity( Windsprints). You'll have to play around with it a little to see what works best for you.

Good luck!

WTF bro??? You are 170lbs at 5'10 supposedly.....up from 163lb.
Not to mention 'god-like' in stature(according to you).
How much friggin BF can you possibly have????
If you wanna lose something, how about a bunch of your bullshit???

You do not need cardio to cut. If you do it, 3 20 minute moderate intensity sessions a week should be enough to raise your BMR.

Diet is the single most important factor.

I'm forced to disagree my friend. This is true for some people, but not everyone. If you are prone to putting on weight easily, cardio is a must. And 60 minutes per week doesn't do it.
