tell me how this looks for maintaining strength and cutting. keep in mind im lifting heavy as well as cardio 4 times a week. heres my diet so far on a day in which i train heavy:
Meal 1: wake up, glass of water, 1 cup black coffee, 1/2 grapefruit, 10 egg whites, piece of rye toast and natural blackberry jelly.
- preworkout drink (ECA with leucine, creatine and amino acids through out workout)
Meal 2: post workout drink (45 gm whey plus extra amino acids (equals 10 grams protein, so 55gm total)
Meal 3: 2 pieces of salmon or chicken breast, spinach salad, multivitamins
- ECA stack (usually cup or 2 of coffee black, 25 mg ephedrine, 81mg aspirin), amino acids
Meal 4: 2 pieces of salmon or chicken breast, spinach or broccoli
- 1 cup black coffee, amino acids
Meal 5: can of tuna, 1 tbsp ANPB
Meal 6: 10 egg whites, 2 tbsp ANPB, CLA
-One day a week ill carb up by adding a sweet potato to every meal and extra morning carbs such as extra oatmeal. opinions?
