cutting diet

so my trainer has got meal on a cutting diet this is my second meal plan. and i just want to know what everyone thinks. its pretty bare.

im 5'10
at 8.01%bf
203lbs

i eat every 3 hours

Day 1
5am- 1 scoop dymatize whey, 1/2 scoop of dymatize casein, 1tbs natural PB
8am- 6 whole eggs, 1/4 cup oats
11am- 7oz of lean beef "93/7lean", 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup of brocolli
2pm- 1 scoop dymatize whey, 1/2 scoope dymatize casein, 1 whole green apple, 1 tbs natural PB
5pm- 7oz of chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup brocolli
8pm- 7oz of lean beef "93/7lean", 2oz of sweet potato, 1 cup brocolli
gym around 9pm
10:30/11pm- 1 scoop dymatize whey, 1/2 scoop dymatize casein, 1/4 cup oats, 1 tbs natural PB

Day 2
5am- 1 scoop dymatize whey, 1/2 scoop dymatize casein
8am- 6 whole eggs
11am- 7oz of lean beef "93/7lean", 1 tbs extra olive oil, 1 cup of brocolli
2pm- 1 scoop dymatize whey, 1/2 scoop dymatize casein

gym around 9pm
10:30/11pm- 1 scoop dymatize whey, 1/2 scoop dymatize casein

Day 3
5am- 1 scoop dymatize whey, 1/2 scoop dymatize casein

(repeat starting on day 1)

this is my second meall plan i have 2 more to go. so just let me know what yall think of this,
 
You're going to the gym around 9pm and getting up at 5am ? After w/o for at least an hour, then getting home and showered and settled in, you can't be getting to sleep until midnight. That's only 5 hrs of sleep. Not good.

You didn't specify your goals at all.

How many calories are you taking in? what is your BMR?

I know that you showed your diet, but why should I spend time to calculate those cals? you should provide that info.

there is a lot of factors here that will determine fat loss

and why do you have 4 different days of daily food intake?

I think your thinking WAY too much into this, unless your in pre-contest mode or your work schedule is changing??, but even still- your making it too complicated, unless your a pro.....

At 5pm one day your having 7oz of steak, the next day at 5pm your having 8oz of steak and potato with broccoli......what was different about today that you needed the potato?

Your diet should stay very consistent, unless your schedule is changing all the time or your in Pre-contest mode.

I would need to know more about what your are trying to achieve before I recommend anything.......

are we tryin to get ready for a contest or just having visible 6 pack abs?

I agree more info would definitely help.

It looks like you're trying to carb cycle -- is that correct? In that case it would also be helpful to know what you were doing before this and when you switched.

I agree that this looks a little complicated. I also agree that you can't look like a pro unless you eat like one. ;D
