What's the importance of refilling gylcogen in the liver?

I would rather avoid/controll the pwo insulin spike when cutting. Glycogen replinishment is where your refeed comes into play.

Mega dosing bcaa pre and intra workout plus a carb refeed once every three days cancels the need for pwo carbs imo. Controlling insulin is important while cutting.

Im not sure but my impression was that liver glycogen is somehow more potent than muscle glycogen???
