I would rather avoid/controll the pwo insulin spike when cutting. Glycogen replinishment is where your refeed comes into play.
Mega dosing bcaa pre and intra workout plus a carb refeed once every three days cancels the need for pwo carbs imo. Controlling insulin is important while cutting.
