Hey guys what’s going on I want to thank anyone in advance for helping me out with this.

I just started my cutting diet and I just wanted to see how it holds up with you guys.

730am: 1 cup of egg whites mixed with two slices of American cheese, ½ cup of cottage cheese and two slices of whole wheat bread

1030am: one tablespoon of peanut butter on whole wheat bread with a piece of fruit usually apple or banana

1230pm: skinless/boneless chicken breast with mixed veggies (peas, carrots, green beans, corn) or salad with olive oil n balsamic vinagere

1-2pm: 30 min on elliptical, 10 minutes jump rope (5 min jumping 5 min resting) 10 min stretching, easy 10 min bike ride then 20 min in steam room,, fav part of gym
(2 yellow bullets 25mg of ephedra, 300mg of caffine)

530: beef/chicken/turkey meat with veggies and a piece of whole wheat

7-830: weight training: either bi/tri ; back/chest ; abs/shoulders
Pre workout: no-explode

845: protein shake, cottage cheese and a cup of raw snow peas

Right now im 5’10 around 200lbs looking to cut down to about 185 am I headed in the right direction and what adjustments should I make to have the most results come from my diet.

i also take a calcium supp, flaxseed oil, fish oil supps

Do you know how many calories you are taking in?

Most of losing weight is about calories in and calories expended.

You can get fat or not lose weight on 'clean' food.

i have not done the exact numbers out yet but at a quick glance they fell between 26-2800. is this even a good number? should it be higher?lower?

this is my first diet .. iv always eaten whatever my parents use to cook. After 4 years of lifting (out a few months a couple times for sports injuries) and not seeing as much of a result i would like i have decided to start my diet. i hope im headin in the right direction

get a log and start writing everything down that u eat and calculate accurate calories. do not eyeball servings. weigh your food.

have u calculated your BMR?

yes, my bmr is 2072.

i am going to calculate everything when i get home tonight and post it in the morning

thanks for the feed back so far

this is just my opinion but id say

your cals at 2800 would be too high for a 200# guy....if your cutting and trying to cut good you should drop that to even 2400-2500

also why not do your cardio in the morning first thing empty stomach...

youll burn more cals throughout the day by doing it this way.... plus itll make a good take in for all those whole wheat carbs your eatin in the first two meals...
