Hi, I've been bulking for some time now and have just began a cut. The diet below is one i followed last summer, but I broke my foot during it meaning I couldnt do much cardio and so my results weren't great. I'm posting the diet to get some pointers on how good it is/what I should change. I'm willing to be 100% strict, just need a perfect diet to follow:

40 mins steady pace cardio

Meal 1: 75g porridge oats w/skimmed milk
56g whey protein shake
2 spoonfuls udo's choice

Meal 2: 150g low fat cottage cheese
28g protein shake
Healthy fats - nuts/flax oil/flax seeds

Meal 3: 200g chicken breast
200g broccoli
Healthy fats - nuts/flax oil/flax seeds

Meal 4: 200g chicken breast
200g broccoli
Flax seed oil

Train - followed by 28g whey shake & 20-30g maltodextrin

Meal 5: 6 egg whites
75g wholemeal rice

Meal 6: 1 serving udo's oil
200g salmon
(before bed)

I'm also going to start an ECA stack soon. Meal's 3 and 4 are a bit mundane and impractical considering I'm out and about a lot - any ideas as an alternative?

I'm 6ft, 82kg

Any help is much apprectiated...

Hey man, nice to see a fellow Brit on here, I was just wondering why you were thinking of cutting now. I've decided because of the beer gut, summer, and after years of bulking i'm now learning about cutting. We're both 6ft and I'm 98kg, your diet looks the dogs bollocks if you can stick to it, it's an example of a great clean diet, but maybe there is no need yet.

alrite mate, well yeah I know Im not really big, but I'm in good shape been training best part of 2 years, always put bf on around my mid section so I want to get rid of it for the summer. thats the main reason really! at the end of the summer I'm gonna do a course of sust though and bulk again, wil try to do more cardio though so as to minimise fat gani around 6 pack area. might do some hgh throughout the summer also to halp rid the fat. I can definately stick to the diet no probs there - the rice and eggs is a bit dry though, can you think of any alternatives?!

also, in the areas I need healthy fats, I have found a supp called 'flax seed oil' so will that do?

I will count cals tonight mate - as regards macros, I dont really know much about stuff like that. have read loads over time but still dont know the ins and uots on dieting - is it vital that I know about stuff like that? how do calculate them?

thanks
