W westmade88 New member Mar 4, 2014 #3 I did carb cycling 3 low 1 high. I used eca 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I was trying to preserve as much muscle but seems like I lost a lot.

S swole12014 Member Mar 6, 2014 #4 looks like you just shed some excess water weight if you ask me. I wouldn't say you lost muscle (lean), just some mass (bloat). you definitely look more ripped
