critique my new routine...i didn't like my other one

Monday:
- bis
- upper back
- abdicator


Tuesday:
- tris
- chest
- addicator


Wednesday:
- abs


Thursday:
- delts
- traps
- rear delts


Friday: (off)


Saturday:
- quads
- lower back
- hams


Sunday:
- abs


I do like 5-6 sets...the first 3 are of decent weight at 8-10 reps. the last 1-2 set(s) are of max weight for 3-4 reps.
I see that most people do their abd/add -icator, but i hafta because of soccer.
tell me how this is.
what i was wondering most is the ab part. i dunno if twice a week is sufficient or too much?
 
Is your goal high performance in soccer or something else?
The main thing I would say is that you need to prioritize your legs in the schedule. Since you play a sport that demands that you have lower body strength and explosiveness I would focus on using the begining of the week to blast your legs.
Try this: Mon: squats
romainian deadlifts
adductor/abductor
Tues: off
Wed: soccer drills for cardio or practice/game.
Thur: Military press
weighted dips
Bent rows or deadlifts
Fri: off
Sat: soccer drills/practice/game
Use a 5x5 set/rep pattern. Lift as heavy as you can with perfect form. Meaning if your form suffers, lower the weight. Why? because if you're injured you can't do anything, including play soccer or lift weights.
This program will take into account your soccer skills and your desire for size and strength. Do abs and calves on your weight days, but spend no more than 1-1.5 hours TOTAL (including warm up stretching etc.)in the gym. My humble opinion. If you need more or more specific info, give a holler.

cool...so basically just focus primarily on my lower body b/c soccer. got it!

btw...how was i supposed to know those were spelled w/ U's and not I's??? i'm 15 w/ a C+ in english!!
