Heres my chest workout bro's. I just wanted to know what u guys thought about it.
Flat Bench with Bar
1 warm-up set
1 set to 20 light weight
1 set of 10
2 working sets of 5 with heavy weight
Flat Bench with Dumbells
3 sets of six very heavy weight
Incline Bench with Dumbells
3-4 sets of eight moderately heavy weight
Crossover Cable Flys
1 set of 20
then a 3 set drop set with each set to failure
Well thats it too much to little or should i add anything? Thanks bro's
