critique my chest workout

Heres my chest workout bro's. I just wanted to know what u guys thought about it.
Flat Bench with Bar
1 warm-up set
1 set to 20 light weight
1 set of 10
2 working sets of 5 with heavy weight

Flat Bench with Dumbells
3 sets of six very heavy weight

Incline Bench with Dumbells
3-4 sets of eight moderately heavy weight

Crossover Cable Flys
1 set of 20
then a 3 set drop set with each set to failure

Well thats it too much to little or should i add anything? Thanks bro's
 
I am a firm believer in the HIT routine

3 sets flat bench, 4-6 reps
2 sets incline dumbell, 4-6 reps
2 sets decline dumbel or decline barball or weighted dips, 4-6 reps
2 sets incline dumbell flys, 4-6 reps

WELL never stick to the same chest routine too long. and no need to do flat barbell and flat db same day, one or the other.
Also make 75% of your chest work incline movements, lot more effective than flat work. And think of using mostly db's because they build the chest lots better. The flat bar is an ego exercise basically.

Something like this.

incline flys- 2sets to warm up
incline db presses 4 sets
incline flys heavy 3 sets
flat db presses for reps 3 sets
cable crossovers 2 sets to burnout.

I disagree... People who max on flat are stupid and pron to injury
for me, it is hard to get good pectoral formation without using all flat, incline, and decline (also flys)
of course i start wit incline though, as it is a problem area on just about everybody

well I do flat work also but only with db's. db's just develop the chest so much better than a bar and also avoid shoulder problems.

Inclines are less efficient at building the pecs; they are less effective than flats; they simply take the load off the pecs and places it onto the shoulders. In my opinion, a bar is more efficient than dumbells because stability is less of an issue. That's my opinion but to say db's "build the chest lots better" is just wrong. A greater ROM does not mean than it is a better beef builder. The flat bar can be an ego exercise, when people abuse it. When it is used properly, it is very effective.

To start off, incline press is essential in building an overall proportioned pec. dumbells are necesary to "switch things up", kind of assisting in muscle confusion.
