I like to kinda take a page out of needsizes book, and start my workout with a large muscle movement, like alot of you guys do.
So... Here is what I do, and I was wondering if this was the best way, any suggestions are taken into consideration (i love new exercises
)
this is how I start the workout
chest/tris : incline bench
back/forearms : deads (sldl)
abs : ? nothing I guess
Legs : squats
shoulder/bis : shoulder presses (not sure about this ones effectiveness)
Is this a good way to start?
