i have taken creatine twice now. the first time i did not load, the second i did. my gains were fare better in strength and mass the second time.
i am still in the second phase (maintaining) and have read that i should stop after 8 weeks on and take 4 off.
is this right???
one more thing, what is creatine best mixed with.
i have tried water and orange juice.
