actually i never really think i count except on bench, in which i do 2-3 on the way down. it just flows, if i think im going to fast i will slow down, if i thinkin im going to slow i will speed it up, i just judge by the movement itself. man you do 4 second count on the way down for squats, ouch i couldnt imagine myself doing more than 5 reps with that, haha.
