Contest prep questions

Cutting cycle if so what? any other meds? Whats your goal heavy or lt. heavy?
Is there a chat room on this board, would make it much easier.

I want to try and enter at around 200lbs @ 4-5%
just on test/armidex right now..
i might start some fina soon
 
That will get you hard and keep your mass. Plenty of time however in order to cut to Lt. heavy your gonna have to do some cardio. Fina test you wont lose as much muscle as you think. Start reducing to 2800 cals 325g protien 325g carbs the foods will take care of the fat until last weeks. Cardio 20-40 min first thing in am empty stomach at low intensity. Again twenty min low intesity after workout no post workout shake until after cardio. Cals can be reduced again later.

with that high of bf% i would suggest getting some clen. it is possible to lose 12%bf in 20 weeks naturally, but it will be hard. i dont mean to discourage u, i just dont want u bein dissapointed if u come up short. believe me, ive been there, and it sucks.

you said u r doin morning cardio, i suggest maybe taking that to 45 min low pace(brisk walk) and add 20 min cardio to the end of your workout.

at 20 weeks out there is no need to cut your carbs yet, just make sure you r eating clean. u might want to start lowerin your carb intake at about 16 weeks with your bf%.
 
here it is.. im gonna be using fina ED for 6 weeks to kindda get a jumpstart on fat loss from there on out im gonna be alternating clen/eca.
 
i wouldnt cut your carbs out just yet but get rid of that fucking sugar!! eat oatmeal, sweet potato, brown rice....good, complex carbs. gradually cut your fat and carbs. i would hook up with beverly international--they set me up with a great pre-contest diet. bodybuildingworld.com check it out.
 
Make sure you eat real food for your 1st meal. Oatmeal, egg whites etc....I would cut your carbs out after 6PM as well. As far as cardio goes I would do 1 hour in the morning on an empty stomach and another hour after lifting in the evening. Also, don't starve yourself, make sure your getting your protein and your complex carbs in you. You will really need them when training twice a day. Good luck bro.
 
aight, all this advice is great, and u don't know how much i appreciate it and need it.
i went to the store today and picked up some food. how does all of this sound for good foods.......

low fat cottage cheese
salt-free rice cakes
uncle bens brown rice
8 sirloin steaks
8 chicken breasts
I also picked up alot of Snapples Diet Peach Tea, to kindda give me something sweet to drink once a day, and a bottle only has 1g of carbs.

the rice cakes will really come in handy later on closer to conest time when i have to be exact on my # of carbs.. really easy to count carbs with rice cakes. :)
 
question: i've been urinating alot today.. is that because i've cut carbs back so much?
