Competition stats, diet and cycle, Please advise.

So its that time again, I start tomorrow, please help with any changes you see fit.
Starting stats.
ht 6' 3"
wt 267
bf 13
neck 17.5 shoulders 54.5 chest 49 arms r 18 L 18 forearms r 13 L 13 waist 41 thighs r 26 L 26 and calves r 17 L 17.
A Sample day would be:
0500 45 min cardio treadmill or elipitical or stairclimber, abs and calves
0630 protien shake with 6 eggs one cup oatmeal
0900 8oz meat either chicken breast, tuna or 97% lean ground beef
1100 8oz meat with 1/2 cup brown rice
1400 8 oz meat
1700 8 oz meat 1 cup mixed veggies 1/2 cup brown rice
1830 evening workout
2000 protien shake 1/2 cup oatmeal

Cycle
multivitiam, amino's and BCAA vit C, sesapure levernox and Glucerol

wk 1-8 tren ace 100 ed
wk 1-16 test prop 100 ed
wk 1-16 eq 600 ew
wk 12- 16 winny 75 ed

Well there it is. Any suggestions from any of you good bros would be appreciated - Scooby
 
you are running eq @ 1200mg a week?? or did you mean 600mg (300mg x2)??
 
Oatmeal with your PW shake? I'd think simple sugars would be more adequate as soon as you're done working out....oatmeal seems too long to digest
 
I would replace a meal of meat with at least one meal of chicken. Do you like seafood? Should have simple sugars after your last training. Are you able to eat a small meal, can of tuna with some oatmeal before bead. I don't think your maximizing your postworkout meal. Why training so late?

Is this a local contest?
 
I have to train so late dut to my job and yes I have added some simple sugar post workout and also a shake and oatmeal before bed. I am tring to get down to around 7% bf for a show at my gym. The winner gets a two year free membership which includes tanning. So I really need the help.
 
If you added an extra protein shake before bed, don't add some chicken or tuna. Food is always better than shakes, plus it is not as expensive. On your 1st meal you should up your egg whites and then you don't need a shake. Eat about 9 egg whites with 1-1.5 whole eggs for the first meal.
 
I don't think you're eating enough cals. I would take out the brown rice and replace it with yams. You can add dextrose to your post workout meal. Also I would run the tren at the end of the cycle.
