THIS IS MY FIRST POST ON THE BOARD GUYS AND ANY COMMENTS ON MY DIET GOOD OR BAD WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
MEAL1 SHAKE 90PLUS WHEY PROTEIN LOW FAT & CARBS
MEAL 2 TIN TUNA WITH 1TBS LOW FAT MAYO
MEAL 3 AS MEAL 1
MEAL4 AS MEAL 2
MEAL 5 TWO SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS BOILED VEG AND BAKED POTATOE.
MEAL 6 AS MEAL 1
3LITRES OF WATER
PROTEIN 360G CARBS UNSURE FAT UNSURE
I ALSO HAVE 2TBS OF FLAX OIL A DAY AND I TAKE A FIBER SUPPLEMENT.MY GOALS LIKE EVERYBODY ELSES IS TO LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT LOSING MUSCLE.I WORK EACH BODYPART ONCE A WEEK AND DO CARDIO 4 TIMES A WEEK FOR 30MINS AT A HEART RATE OF 150BPM.
 
ok a few things, you will need some varity or you will only be dieting for a few weeks max! You cannot take 90gms of whey at once and expect to use all as building blocks for muscle, most will be used as a fuel source. Try a mix of proteins, like Pro Complex.
eat sweet potatoes, rice, regular potatoes, salads, fruit in the morning...bro if you are not in the last swix weeks of contest dieting, do not try eating like it, causes major burn out...I have competed for two years now, moderation is the key for long term success!
