Clen and women

Thanks for the feedback.. I really appreciate it.

I did order the clen but I think I'll sit on it when I get it...

I haven't made a "plan" as of yet for the last week... I was thinking of a diuretic but have been advised agaisnt it........ Guess, everything will stay natural. Any input in this are would be greatly appreciated . :)

PS- Figured I'd become a platinum member..... :)

Welcome to plat girl!

Use that search function ALOT!

YOu can use OTC diuretics if you don't want to get into the controlled stuff. I've used both Taraxatone & MHP Expel during the last week -- just follow the directions. THey are potassium sparing so you don't have to worry about electrolyte imbalance & passing out on stage like you hear the horror stories of.

Just curious - what types of complex carbs are you using at this point? Do you feel like you are holding water any particular place? Are you getting 7+ pts done w/ calipers -- if you look at the changes in them does it show that you are holding water or fat more in someplaces than others?

What type of cardio are you doing -- steadystate or HIIT?

Just looking for some other places to tweak things if you feel you are stalled out.

How is your sleep, etc? That's probably where I would see the biggest impact from clen if you tend to get really jittery from stims. If your sleep takes a hit then I think whatever gains you make from the clen itself, would be negated by cortisol / stress/ lack of recovery from the less quality sleep.

You look fantastic tho!

Awesome, I just happen to have a bottle of Xpel.... now it says to take 4 capsules twice a day.... When would I start taking it...and for how long????? It doesn't mention that.

Cardio- lately it has been steady , I try to do an HIIT here and there..will usually do one hour of eliptocal in the morning, 1/2 hour of stair master and 20 minutes or so of bike a day

Right now my diet consists of about 1200-1300 calories or so for 3 days and one day at 2000 or so calories...

Days 1-3-
8 egg whites with brocoli or spinach , rice cake with salsa and trukey breast, chicken breast with brocoli, salmon with asparagus , 28 grams of almonds and one tablespoon of MCT oil

Day 4, same as above except the carbs are yams, brown rice, whole grain bread and I add a couple of eggs....

I;ve cut out dairy except for cream in the coffee but I just replaced that with this soybrean drink in the coffee

I have not been measured with a caliper...... I used that Omron POS and it said 21% bf..I threww it acrros the room....argggg

My soft spots I would have to say are hams and butt which I am working on tightening up......

As for the last week.....
I hear....carb depleting, carb loading, potassium depletion.....can someone explain the exact process????

Here is a back pick

Thanks so much for the feedback :)

Holy hell you look great. I see no need for Clen!

As for "soft spots" - have you thought about Yohimburn from the AF store?

:lmao: at the calipars having you at 21% you should have tossed them in the trash.

You look great seriously it is hard to judge when you get so close to a show you stop seeing it for yourself.

When you get the YES in something I found that helped me was wrapping my weak spots namely my lower abs and inner thighs. Rub the YES on wrap it in siran and sleep in it.

Some changes I might suggest are:

- def toss the dairy
- move away from the water-based carbs & stick w/ the yams, etc. -- when you get to the last week & do the carb deplete & load you don't want to use rice, etc. because that will mess up your water intake.

If you are using a bioimpedance-based bodyfat measuring device - I dunno - I hate those things because the rest of the world talks about bodyfat in terms of caliper pinches so the two don't come out on the same scale. Further, even if you just pay attention to the relative changes from measure to measure, you still have all the variability of how close to the measure time did you drink water, did you do cardio, are you sweating, etc. so even that delta doesn't really mean much.

For some topical fat burning you can look into the AF Store's Yohimburn ES. For my last show I literally slept in the stuff to help cut esp the estrogenic fat (hips, ass, thighs).

The Expel - Its a 5 day treatment so I would save that until your last week when you are doign your water deplete. Start it on Monday so you finish on Fri nite. Helps w/ dumping water.

Thanks .....I knew I was in the right place.... :)

All of the above helps big time....

The Xpel- Monday to Friday ( take the xpel and drink 8 glasses of water daily) ......Saturday is contest day..Saturday drink nothing?

I orderded a bottle of YES and I will try sleeping with it on w/saran wrap....I thought you just put this stuff on when doing cardio.....

Thanks again ..this is awesome!!!!! you guys rock!!!!

You can put YES on during cardio and you can do the saran wrap thing w/ it at night.

Water deplete -- there are several different approaches to water deplete - the whole idea of the carb deplete + load and the water deplete is to pull out as much subcutaneous water as possible to get you ripped the f* up. The standard approach is to load water, up to 2 gal/day at the start of the last week - Mon & Tues, and then on Wed start cutting it in half each day - Wed - 1 gal, Thurs - 1/2 gal, Fri - 1/4 gal and then stop drinking, only sip after say 6 pm on Friday nite. Adding in the Expel, you should be dumping water like crazy. On Sat, sip only. Additional water now will make you look flat or possibly bloated. A common thing is to throw back a 1/2 glass of red wine prior to pre-judge - its a diuretic + a vasodilator to get greater vascularity going. Not to mention helps to reduce inihibitions if you are heavy on the stage fright freakout at this point.

The carb manipulation, you run in parallel -- start carb depleting Sun - Wed so by Wed you should feel like absolute dogshit & look ridiculously flat. Then on Thurs you start loading (non-water-based) complex carbs. Since you will be cutting your complex carbs down to nothing during the beginning of the week, that should further contribute to your water dumping as you won't be eating much carb (and certainly burning up any that you are eating), your body won't' need to hold them. The body uses water to hold the carbs - that's how you get that full & sorta bloaty look when you do eat carbs. So if you stop eating the carbs, you dump water that you won't be using to hold the carbs you aren't eating. Then on Thurs when you start the carb load - like on the order of 300-400 g complex carbs, your body will now be looking for water to hold those carbs & get you fuller looking. Since you are also water depleting, it has to look around your body for water that is already in there --- i.e. subQ water. So the carbs will further suck up water from your skin to make your skin look paper thin, increase vascularity and increase the detail that you can see. Carbs take 36+ hours to fill you out so you'll feel great as soon as you start eating them, and each day as you get closer to the show, you'll look more & more full. On Thurs & Fri you continue loading carbs. By Sat you should look ridiculous. Here is where people have different schools of thought on what you carb up w/ or what you should eat on Sat - i.e. if you should eat candy & other high sugar content stuff that will hit & fill you out further immediately. My one caution is that I've heard of people who introduce stuff into their diet on Fri / Sat for that express purpose, but because they haven't eaten it for so long they have a hard time digesting it and may actually get sick from it. To that end I would probably caution to stick w/ really simple stuff. Last yr I stuck exclusively to eating white potatos. Others will go w/ ANPB + Polaner jelly + rice cakes. That's fairly neutral as well. But you get the gist - very simple sugar stuff that will hit but not spill over on show day.
