but now that i have your attention. i am wondering who here while on cycle, training balls to the wall, and sleaping good has tried eating 7000+ cals per day for the entire duration of their cycle and prefers to keep a clean 4000+ cals per day diet while on. i eat 7 meals of 100-200 carbs, 80g protein 20-50g fat
i keep way more muscle and a little more fat this way but i do no cardio at all. i would imagine a little cardio would knock me down a bit. right now i stand at 31yo 5'5'' 236lbs 22% bf meso/endo. when i ate clean i keps about 15%bf an a lot less muscle. the last plateu i broke before crossing over was a direct result of adding 1000-2000 cals to my diet.
any one else here do it similar?
