ckd...mission failed

yeah so i couldnt take it anymore, can't do the ckd, so im trying the anpb diet, first day, sooo much better. The 3 tblsp actually fills me along with the scoop of whey, and my energy is much higher. Plus it helps that i LOVE anpb and would eat jars a day if i could
 
The key to successful dieting is finding something you can stick with. CKD is definitely not for everyone - and if you're miserable with the food choices, etc., you're bound for failure.

But out of curiosity, how long did you stick with CKD? It takes some adjustment getting used to a ketonic state.
 
yesterday was the 5th day, it took me 3 days to get into keto. My problem was not just the getting used to but also theres only so much olive oil and chicken and eggs and bacon that i can take. I was craving bread sooo bad. Also i have a hectic schedule (college, homework, work, gym) that really didnt allow me to follow it as strictly as i could. I like to do things by the book and it just wasnt possible for me. I think the anpb diet will be much better since i have exact measurments and times to eat. Its also much easier for me to bring around a jar of anpb and protein and just make a shake every 2 hours.
 
I'm sry to hear it failed for you, I love the feeling while on CKD, and I love the food. Nothing liek bacon, sausage, eggs and cheese ommelte. BTW, that title made me laugh so hard I pissed my pants "CKD...Mission Failed" LOL funny shit.
 
Ok well here are my starting stats while on anpb:
6'2"
223lbs
about 16% bf
im getting a digital camera soon so ill post a pic to show u where im at hopefully

i go between it and atkins
the atkins is pretty regimented but i love it
and the book taught me alot about additives

shit i wish i was 6'2 and 223
i am 5'5 240
down form 276
lost 47 pounds fat
gained 11 in muscle
that is since mid august
the only thing i miss is mangos and chinese lo mein
but i have mangos once a month on a carb up day so not so bad
my biggest prob is getting enough fat
but 8 grams of efa's help
but good luck with the anpb
and i know what you mean about pb
i have at least 4 tbsp a day
 
yeah most people think im a little insane for cutting at this point, but im going to MAYBE to my first cycle in late January (bulk cycle Test and Deca) so i wanna lose most of my fat that im carrying. Also, i would prefer to have more of an athletic build, thin, but strong looking (if anyones seen the movie The Transporter, i wanna look like Jason Statham lol). My goal is to hopefully get to around 10%bf before the bulk, bulk clean, and then do a cutting cycle in may.
