CKD Diet samples please

Hey all

I’ve been reading up on Mr X’s CKD diet and I am very interested in it. Is there anyone there with a body weight of 55kilograms or 121 pounds who can share some sample meal plans with me.

Thanks

I find that Mister X's calculations are off for me (I'm over 200 ibs so I'm alot heavier than you). I can usually add 500-800 cals to his numbers and drop 3 ibs a week. However, I use a little t3 and do a ton of cardio when cutting, so that probably accounts for the higher caloric expenditure.

I agree. I'm not complaining, mind you, but using his calculator, I lost 25 pounds in about 6 weeks. As you can imagine, I probably sacrificed a lot of muscle.

Now i'm just keeping carbs below 25g and not really paying attention to protein and fat macros.

meal 1 : bacon and eggs
meal 2 : lunch meat rolled up on slices of cheese
meal 3 : oz. of walnuts and string cheese
meal 4 : post w/o shake
meal 5 : chicken(cooked in olive oil) and broccoli (or cabbage, or stir-fry veggies, squash, greens)
meal 6 : oz of walnuts

I also added 2 Tbls of flax oil, and 1 Tbls of Olive oil

This is just a rough guide that helped me, when I was new to CKD. You'll probably need to adjust the macros of what I listed to suit your goals/needs.

Meal 1: 3-5 Turkey Sausages or bacon and eggs and protien shake
Meal 2: String Cheese
Meal 3: Small Taco Salad (in bowl...not shell) or cheeseburger w/o bun
Meal 4: String Cheese and protien shake
Meal 5: Chicken/Steak/Hamburger + side salad
