It felt friggin awesome, not my greatest, but my greatest for the moment and I happy did some major leg and back stretches after, to get ready for the major workout tonight.

cleaned the basement and the garage this weekend, back didn't like it very much :rolleyes: but other than that good weekend!

I wasn't going to go to the gym today, but I made myself!

decline bench press 60 back down to 45 45 45 my chest was done at this pointdips 8 8 8 8 (having a hard time with these ones, but it is my goal to get better!!!!

Cardio:
ROCKED 30 minutes on eliptical!!!!! it said only 180 cals burned, I don't think so!! I was sweating my ass off!!!!!!
