thanks guys :heart: I am trying and my back is seeming to take it so as long as I don't over do the cardio so copy and past from the other day.... my son really is loving it and he is getting stronger.

Weight: 152.6!!!!!! and day I don't know what of NO Booze, none unitl may 31st is my goal

Thanks, gymnastics with the girls today and hubby is taking me out for supper tonight, and believe it or not I am craving a SALAD, a nice big one with pecans and sunflower seed, I can't wait!

gym was packed yesterday and everytime I tried to get on the equipment I wanted with supersetting it was taken arrrr LOL so I changed things up but got it done. Benched pressesd 75lbs and I was on the pec deck and didn't realize I was pushing 65lbs, so that was great, and even the lat pull down I am up to 60lbs so some nice PR's!

armpits are SOREEEEEE!! its all good back to legs on monday and I am going to try get in some cardio tomorrow. Hubby wants me to take a break from studying so I am gonig to go clean the garage, all fun, but the weather is nice today!!!
 
That sounds good for dinner! The gym was super busy today too....Im hoping all the new years people stop training soon LOL

You're doing GREAT with the supersetting! I love the stories about your kids and your daughter helping you. Too cute! :qt: And a little hubby rubdown can't be THAT bad... and I mean that BOTH ways, chicky! :)

Glad you're finding some time to relax this weekend and enjoy some QT and a meal.
 
Thansk gg and tc :) Supper was AWESOME I had this salad and OMG was it great, don't even know what to call it, and drank water, day I don't no what of noooo booze! and they screwed up on hubby's order so we got the appetizers and our drinks for FREE!!!

I had this goat cheese and tomatoe, mushroom concoction with little breads bits, for an appetizer, it was awesome. That was my cheat meal for the week.

GG- right now with the teachers strike ALL the high school kids are there arrrrr.

off to put the kiddies in bed, and study.

warm up for 5 at 4.0 ran at 4.5 for two and then 5.0 for one minute/ repeat burned 250 calories
It felt friggin awesome, not my greatest, but my greatest for the moment and I happy did some major leg and back stretches after, to get ready for the major workout tonight.

- study


cleaned the basement and the garage this weekend, back didn't like it very much :rolleyes: but other than that good weekend!

I just took a loooonnnng jacuzzi, going to have to take it easy on my legs today, especially since I really want to walk this week! LOL
