thanks guys I am trying and my back is seeming to take it so as long as I don't over do the cardio so copy and past from the other day.... my son really is loving it and he is getting stronger.
Weight: 152.6!!!!!! and day I don't know what of NO Booze, none unitl may 31st is my goal
