Last year, I went into get my BF done and I blurted it out and that is how I started training with my first trainer, never did the comp, but the training was awesome and now I am hooked and can not wait to do one start to finish.

Thanks, the picture in my avi is 4 weeks before I was supposed to do my first competition. I went from 146 30% bodyfat to 16% 133 pounds in 6 months.

I am 152 pounds now so not a very good representation of myself, but it is my motivator to get back there by this summer. Plus I have to get my BF done again because I don't think I am as far off as I was before, I still look better now at 152 then I did at 146 so that I guess says a lot.

taking a break off cardio today, still have 2 more rounds of it this week so I am not too worried.

To do
- tiny toones with girls
- transmission fucking blew in husbands truck again
- study
- month end on of these days



I have a very hormonal 11 year old who I am really worried about right now, and it doesn't help having a very stressed out husband right now. I would put them in a room to fight it out but I don't know who would win LOL. I might just line both of them up and slap the taste out of their mouth. LOL

If the teacher strike doesn't end soon, I am putting both of them in private school LOL.

Don't be shamed it isn't all by my doing LOL. Yup a dodge, spent the day looking for a new one, arrrr. workout tonight after cleaning the house :rolleyes:

that place called me for an interview! I go tomorrow.

Thanks I will need it, I don't even know what to wear. never got in a workout yesterday. I spring cleaned the whole day. washed all the walls and cupboards. So I am counting that as cardio.

My son and I rearranged my bedroom. and tried to put the rest of my bed together (It has four large beams around it) while in the process of moving the bed the beams fell down, thank god no one was hurt but I damaged my bed arrrr.

By the time I hit my bed, I tried to study in it, I don't even remember falling asleep LOL.

LOL For some reason when I go into interviews and they see my personal interests on my resume "enjoys weightlifting and running" they kinda look at me funny but they still ask about it and so I tell them how being healthy and staying in shape is important to me and they still stare at me blankly.

I don't know LOL

What is nice is I have had a lot of women approach me at the gym and ask me if I am a personal trainer and what do I do (which is what I never expected, even now).

So I put my disclaimer in and then give them a short version of my training and diet. All the women that have ever asked me say "oh forget it, I don't want to lift weights and get big" I ask them "do I look big?" They still won't do weights!!!!
