Resting up, didn't workout today, killer headache (pretty sure it is from the decrease in calories and carbs, started last night) and still can't walk very well. Everytime my girls sit on me I just cringe in pain. LOL

But for tomorrow back at it again.

I was just going to suggest, since your legs are in a bit of discomfort, doesn't this call for a rubdown? Husbandly duties & all that. :verygood:

no, cause then I will have to perform my rub down womenly duties (LOL, did I just type that outloud, yup I did LOL)

military press all at 17lbs (way to easy, but I was to lazy to put more weight on LOL) son did 10lbs (its a pr for him!)
front raise 10lbs son did 5lbs
lat raise 5lbs son did 5lbs

calve raises on stairs My daughter took turns holding my hand and doing them with me (up down mommy, up down mommy My son pushed through them, and didn't give up - so proud of him. He really wants to bench press tomorrow so I may have to alter my workout for home or just spot him when we get home, I am hoping the gym will let me show him

mystery of the headache solved.

My son asked if he could grind up some coffee for me, and I wasn't going to argue, well it was DECAF I have been drinking decaf coffee for 2 and half days now, AHHHHHH.

I just made myself an expresso! :)

Alright, I am on a friggin roll and I love it!!!

Did legs instead today, yup thats right I said legs, took it easy today but I thought I better get it in soooo.

front squats 30lbs (son used no weights for these, wanted to show him how to do them properly first
back squats 30lbs

step ups with 10lbs in each hand (again son used no weights)
lunges with 10 pounds in each hand

leg extension (only 20lbs) - this I did not want to push, quads still sore son did 40lbs pr for him
leg curls 20lbs son did 40lbs PR for him

Cardio:
10 minutes walking on an incline of 6 at 3.7, 10 minutes running at 4.4

son used the treadmill for the first time today did 10 minutes running.

Booked my final for the middle of next month, let the cramming begin LOL.
