Ck2007 Log

So I told my husband I felt unusally stronger today, and he kinda looked at me and said it might be from the break I have had. But again I said it to him cause of my prs and the leg press just amazed me. He kinda looked at me weird again and told me, he has been slipping creatine in my protein shakes for 3 days!!!!!the little bugger

It would also explain the weight gain and well someone is visiting but I hit an all time high and start out at
160pounds

multi vitamin
aspirin
Tylenol 3 as needed
and now apparantly creatine
glutamine

AHHHH, I can't walk I can't walk, I am soooooo soreeeee ahhhhh, It's a good feeling though. back is a little sore :)

FEB 19

Weight: 155

biceps/triceps

sets: 12/10/8/6

dumbbell curl lbs=15/20/20/20
rope pull down lbs=24/36/36/48

barbell curl 40/40/40/40
frnch presss 30/30/30/30

concentration curl 15(10)/15(10)/15(10)/15(10)= had to finish off with 10lbs
overhead extension 15/15/15/15

hammer curl 15/15/15/15
dips

ABS (supersets)
weighted crunches 10/10/10
v ball crunches 8/8/8
hanging leg crunches 5/5/5

did not finish strong my wrists were sore I think I might change it back to biceps/chest and triceps/back because it is to much strain on my wrist

CARDIO
5 minute warm up
walked on incline 8 at 3.6 for 10 minutes
ran at incline 0 at 4.2 for 7 minutes
something is better than nothing and I figured it would be good for the legs :)

Did a lot of stretching after my legs are killing me, back better after the stretching,

and new Lakota (it has collagen type II and another thing can't remember, you take it for 6 to 8 weeks and you should see results it is for arthritis and muscle repair)

I haven't been able to try the carb cycling cause I have been way to busy so I am keeping with your other one for the moment.
