My mom has a muscle disease in the MS family unfortunately she has no will power or desire for fitness and has taken it's toll. Many days when she has pain but it's something you have to learn to live with and make the most of no matter what!
Exactly, I am finding the weight training is helping me so much more. My uncle has MS and he said when he does nothing for three days his body shuts down, I am finding the same, he said he feels better moving around, except on the days when it gets really bad.
However, there are little glitches that I need to work through to make my workouts a little better and the after effects so that is why I asked if anyone is going through the same.
Thanks
