Got it, know all about the 3500 thing! all I know is I eat 1800 on the days I workout and 1200 on the days I don't. 5'5 and now 134 pounds, I am averaging only losing a pound a month since January and I have come to except it, cause I have tried several things several ways and this is the only time I have seen any results as far as my body looking better so I guess its a good thing!
