well no cardio tonight but awesome chest and back workout. Went to do cardio and thought I was going to barf, I think to late at night. But everybody will be proud, I am going to get up tomorrow morning at 5:00am and do it!!!! Really!!!! I will let you know if I actually do! I also plan on doing it tomorrow night:) after my shoulder and calves workout!

I will let you know tomorrow! oh yeah tonight half way through my DB flys I realized I was using one 25 pound weight and one 20 pound weight! DUH!!! :rolleyes:

Haaa - no worries!! Let's just hope that you had the 25lbs on your weaker side and the 20lbs on your stronger one. You could so explain that off and no one would EVER know!! :verygood:
 
All right, AM cardio sucks I pushed 15 minutes but will finish it tonight! and I am going to try again tomorrow so here is what today looks like!

m1
shake/glut/fruit juice

all bran + 1/2 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup cottage cheese

83g tuna/kiwi
salad
apple

two whole wheat bread
peanut butter

101g brown rice

Shoulders/calves

Superset (3x15)
DB shoulder press 10
DB lateral raises 10
Bent over Straight arm DB kick backs 15
Seated machine calf raises
standing on stairs calf raises 2x50
 
Hey CK! Good job atleast trying morning cardio, i cant get my ass out of bed at all. I ahve my alarm set for 530am, but havnt listend to it once. Finish up the cardio tonight. Remember its still cals in vs cals out and ur burning up more than your taking =]

Any pics for updates!? Ill have new ones this Friday.

I plan on burning it hard tonight, and I am planning on making my hubby to, he hates any cardio when it is indoors, but we have our own little competition and it really burned his butt to see me be able to run longer around the lake so I might make him go around it again.

As far as the cals in vs cals out. I have no idea? I just eat what my trainer tell me too. I understand the burning up more than your taking but what is the other thing, explain please!? :)

CALS IN vs CALS out

You eat 1500 Calories
You burn 2000 Calories (Doing your daily life, working, walking, working out, going to the store, etc.

That 500 extra calories is stored calores your body had to use.

Also ive read 3500 = 1lb
