there was no gym for me today again!, ug, due to stupid things happening and my body being so cramped up. Trying not to get upset, with the new house, which looks awesome and all the shit today and for the next week its going to be tough but I knew that! So today hubby and I went to get the boys their b-day gifts and there was a car seat check. Well we passed but our car didn't have registration (when we moved to my mom's house we didn't change our drivers license and didn't get the notification) we didn't have our insurance on us cause it was in my purse which was stolen with the van. He let us go on the insurance cause he phoned but $300.00 dollars and 3 hours later (how long we had to wait at registry) we got our registration. Fuck I was pissed, it could of been a lot worse and he could of towed our car so a good day turned out bad! So tomorrow morning, first thing I am going to the gym....so April 13 is now April 14th.

Shoulders and Calves

Didn't go to the gym but did this at home better than nothing I guess.

Superset (3x15)
DB shoulder press 10
DB lateral raises 5
Bent over Straight arm DB kick backs 10
Seated machine calf raises (my kids sat on my lap
standing on stairs calf raises

Ate pretty good except for the jelly beans

Calories burned 600!
 
My goal today: NO CHOCOLATE OR JELLY BEANS!

My hubby was soo sweet he hid power bars, bottles of water, red bull, packages of nuts around the house for me to find! :heart:

Last of the pukers today, my younger son has got it, poor kid didn't even want to look for eggs!

So today my husband and I ran around a lake by our house today. 5km, now last year I couldn't make it all the way around, had to stop several times and could barely breath. Well today I could of gone around it twice and I didn't even break a sweat going around it once! I love it. Day like these shows what good diet and exercise are all about. Not to mention my family all commented on how good I looked (which makes me wonder how bad I looked before) but whatever! Then I had a killer arm workout today, you can see the veins in my arms now! Was supposed to do legs but that will be tomorrow!

tricep dips =body weight

concentration curls = 15
tricep extentions = 15

one arm db curls = 15
over head tricep = 15

5km run!

What a great day!
